Shipping Services

QuikCartridge utilizes UPS or USPS for delivery. We currently offer the following shipping methods:



► Green Saver
We pick the most economical shipping method.

► USPS 1st Class Parcel Post
This is our standard shipping for small parcel. We use this shipping service for small items with package weight less than 13oz, value under US$50.00. Usually delivered within 2-9 days.

► USPS Priority Mail
We would recommend to use USPS Priority mail for parcel over 13oz in small sizes. Such as inkjet cartridges, ribbon cartridges, etc. Usually delivered within 3-5 days.


► UPS Ground
Service in 48 continental US. Normally will take up to 2-5 business days. Not available for the following addresses: PO boxes, APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, VI

 

QuikCartridge processes orders only during regular business hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 05:00PM PST, excluding holidays and weekends.

All cleared orders will be processed and shipped normally within the same or next business day. Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via phone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed your decision to wait in regards of your shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically once it becomes available.

Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery. Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. To request re-route your package, please contact the shipping company customer service accordingly.

If a shipment is determined by shipping carriers as Undeliverable Packages and returned to our RMA Department, customers can request to have the product reshipped by paying a new shipping cost, otherwise refunds will be issued back accordingly. Note that there are 20%-25% restocking fees for any Unopened / Non-defective / No Longer Needed / Accidental Order returned. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The amount of the refunds will be issued for product cost only. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to QuikCartridge shall be that of the customers.
