QuikCartridge offers Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed within the warranty period.
As a highly valued customer, your satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is guaranteed against defect within 180 days warranty period. All unopened products purchased at QuikCartridge can be returned within 15 days of your receipt. If requests are made outside of the timeframe, in most cases, we will not be able to authorize your return, process a replacement, or issue a refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase when your order is still within the warranty period and wish to resolve your issue, you may send us a return request to resolve your issue. Note that warranty will be voided for any modifications or unauthorized uses of the product. See below for our RMA procedures:
• Step 1: Return Authorization
You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from QuikCartridge. Shipping the item back without RMA number may delay your refund process. To obtain RMA number, contact our Customer Service by stating your Order Number and Reason of Returning. We will send the RMA number back to you in immediate manner.
• Step 2: Ship To Information
We will give you our RMA Department address for your return. If you return any item without receiving the shipping information from QuikCartridge, we may not be able to process your refund/replacement.
• Step 3: Boxing the Item
The item you are returning must be shipped back in its original box together with packing slip and shipping label. Please do not write the RA number on the box, doing so will disqualify you from receiving a credit. The RA number can only be written on the shipping label.
• Step 4: Shipping the Item
We highly recommend that you ship the item back using UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the warehouse, we cannot issue you a credit.
In general, it takes approximately 10 business days for the RMA Department to confirmed your returned item and for the refund amount to be reflected on your card statement. It is QuikCartridge policy to issue the refund to the same credit card with which the order was placed.
